Your logo appears at the top of every email this organisation sends, in the sidebar, and on generated PDFs. Without one, emails and certificates fall back to your organisation name, and the app keeps the NytroLMS logo.

PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 2 MB. A wide logo on a transparent background works best. SVG isn't supported — most email clients strip it.

Used for accents in reminder emails and the PDF header bar.

Hi Sam, your assessment is ready to start.
Open assessmentSent by Your organisation via NytroLMS
Who signs on behalf of your organisation. This is what fills the “Authorised by” column on a proposal and the signature block on a certificate. The certificate builder’s Sign tab writes the same details, so setting them in either place sets them everywhere.
Signature
Draw it or upload a PNG or JPEG. Documents render it above the signature line, so a transparent background reads best.
No signature yet — the “Authorised by” column will print the name and title over an empty line.
Used on certificates, invoices and compliance exports. Your trading name is what learners see across the app.
Registered entity, if different from the trading name
The zone your calendar is written in. New sessions, reminders and anything sent to a connected Google calendar all use it.
Used as the default when a session is created. An individual session can still be set to another zone.
It is Fri, 16 Oct, 12:02 pm there now. Changing this does not move sessions that already exist — each one keeps the zone it was created in, so nothing already booked shifts by an hour.
How long a completed unit stays current before it is treated as expired for credit transfer.
Applied when a credit transfer is queued. A unit completed longer ago than this is flagged as expired rather than carried across.
This applies to transfers queued from now on. Anything already assessed keeps the outcome it was given.
Optional features that can be enabled for this organisation.
Workforce Skills Intelligence
Adds a Workforce section to the main navigation with dashboards for employees, skills, job roles, gaps, learning plans and the training matrix.
Wording shown to learners before an assessment that requires identity verification.
Appears at the top of the identity verification screen, above the Nytro platform notice. Use it to reference your student handbook, enrolment agreement, or privacy policy. An individual assessment can override this; if both are blank, learners see a standard prompt to refer to their enrolment documentation.
The full Nytro platform identity & integrity notice always appears below your message and cannot be removed. Changes here take effect the next time a learner opens an assessment — no need to republish anything.
